I Just moved into my apartment building and I needed a few things fixed that were not corrected prior to me moving in. I called my buildings maintenance department & if you know anything about living in a high rise you know that when you put in a ticket for maintenance you are put on a waiting list until they get through everyone else that put in tickets before you. Well...i couldn't wait. I knew Mr. Moody had fixed a few things around the building for other tenants but I didn't know he made a living doing it. I can testify that he does amazing work. Not only did he fix my clogged toilet he showed me a quick do-it-yourself way to keep my toilet flushing in the event that I have to wait for maintenance.
